888 Tower (formerly The International Tower) is a 21-story 412,000 sq ft office building in the heart of the new downtown Los Angeles; rising on the northeast corner of Figueroa and 9th Street. Designed by Nadel Architects, its unique design incorporates both corner and angled offices on the building edges; in addition to several skylights on particular floors.  This design feature allows for up to 10 corner offices per floor, a rare feature in modern office buildings. On the Ground Floor Plaza stands Homage to Cabrillo: Venetian Quadrant, the sculpture that is the gateway from the Financial District into South Park.

Attached to the tower is a 600+ space parking structure which incorporates the Upper Garden Plaza. Located eight floors above street level, the Garden Plaza provides a lush, park-like atmosphere with phenomenal views of the downtown skyline. On the ground floor, 888 Tower provides for multiple retail options with both dining and professional services such as Promerica Bank, Christie’s Cafe, Avis Rent-A-Car, AppleOne Employment, and Denny’s Restaurant.

Other Amenities include 24/7 security, on-site car wash, 75-seat conference room, on-site management office, and a sundry shop.
